Stored Credential Consent Agreement

This Stored Credential Consent Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between Digital Pacific, and you, the cardholder who is responding to this agreement (hereinafter “Cardholder” or “You”):

Stored Credential Consent – Cardholder Specific Terms

You have requested to allow Digital Pacific to make recurring payments on your credit card as specified on your payment checkout page and on your receipt.

Stored Credential Consent – General Terms

• Consent: You acknowledge that Digital Pacific or its payment processor will need to store your credit card information, including but not limited to credit card number, expiration date and associated contact information, in order to process future payments and you are hereby providing consent for that storage.
• Notification: You will be notified by email of any changes to the General Terms of this Agreement.
• Use of the Stored Credential: Your stored credit card number will be used only to process future payments per the Cardholder Specific Terms above. The use of other information that may be contained within the stored credential such as your name and email address will only be used as specified in our Privacy Policy at http://www.digitalpacific.com.au/about/agreements/
• Cancellation Policies. You may cancel future recurring payments at any time by logging into the site where you made your initial payment.
